Bending Rollers
What are bending rollers?
Roll Benders are mechanical jig having three rollers that are used to bend a metal bar into a circular arc. These rollers rotate freely about three parallel axis which is arranged with uniform horizontal spacing.
In this case two of the outer rollers, which are usually immobile, cradle the bottom of the material while the inner roller, whose positions can be adjusted, presses on the top side of the material.

It is the process by which we can obtain cold process deformation with a wider bend radius. This radius theoretically can range from 5 times the cross-section to that of infinity. Scantool machines help to achieve this process with ease.
