A single machine for 5 different processes: iron bending, bending, pipe bending with and without core, spiral bending and twisting machine.
Manufactured in a single block of cast iron and designed to work cold iron, it is extremely easy to use because it is managed and assisted by an incorporated software, which allows total accuracy and effectiveness of the bending system. The display shows the desired bending angle and constantly informs the operator about the position and displacements of the bending axis.
The software allows the storage of 45 bending programs. Changing tools is very quick and easy. The machine can work in both manual and semi-automatic mode, reducing processing times and errors. There is also the possibility of making the clamping pneumatic or hydraulic, and other customizations according to the needs of the individual customer.
