What is AerBoxSystem?
Service designing AerBoxSystem has created a patented bottom suction system, unique of its kind.
AerBoxSystem is installed on the lower part of the welding bench, replacing the original structure, maintaining the exact same degree of stability and the same nominal capacity.
Thanks to its modular structure it is compatible with most of the welding tables on the market.
Using AerBoxSystem it will not be necessary to add suction systems near the welding point, as the depression occurs from the bottom of the bench. In this way, the operator will no longer have interference and limitations on the view and will be able to move freely without having to manage the suction point manually.
The entire work area will be completely cleared, execution times will be reduced, work will always take place in the best possible conditions and consequently, the spaces occupied around the workbench will also be reduced with an improvement in the layout of the department and related safety conditions.
The collection of dust and fumes is uniform over the entire surface of the bench, by gravity also the welding scraps will be conveyed together with the dust in a drawer, keeping the welding station cleaner and safer.
