All HBM models are offered with or without a motorized plate stop and with a 7-inch "touch" screen from Beijer Electronics as standard equipment. The control software is very user-friendly and allows the operator to easily enter both individual bends and complete bending programs. The standard software accepts a maximum of 40 programs with up to 50 steps each.
How does the Scantool Hydraulic Folding Machine work?
The bending beam is moved by a hydraulically driven powerful suspension and a gear connection, and it provides much better control and higher bending accuracy compared to normal hydraulic drive systems. Each adjustment is made according to the material thickness, and the regulation of the hydraulic pressure ensures that softer material surfaces are not damaged.
