Progtech is a company specialized in the design and production of LED lighting equipments. The know how of our technical office and the highly experienced planning team enable Progtech to design and produce customized LED solutions for safety lighting, a topic that is getting always more important nowadays.
The production of all our lighting appliances takes place in the 6.000 square meters headquarter of Bonate Sopra, near the city of Bergamo, in the middle of the Italian Alps. Here we make all the quality checks to keep the highest quality and reliability standards thanks also to the partnership with Cablotech, company ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Progtech also offers consultancy on safety in the work place, risk assessment and technical assistance in normalisation processes and drafting of all the necessary documentation, as well as turn-key lighting systems that comply with safety standards for the work place.
Progtech lamps, through the low energy consumption projection on the floor of lines and symbols, avoid the use of toxic paints on the floor, the continuous repainting and the consequent waste of material where necessary.

Safety Bar 20
Industrial LED projector designed to ensure the safety lighting on forklifts. This lamp, applied on the forklift, emits a blue or red light beam at a distance of several meters that allows workers to notice the arrival of the vehicle.
Safety Bar 25 EVO
The new LED projector SAFETY BAR 25 EVO is made to give the chance to replace the application of painted or adhesive strips on the ground, create walkways and handling or escape routes. In fact, painted stripes are frequently subject to deterioration or covered by dirt: this makes them not very visible and with potential high risks for the safety of workers.SAFETY BAR 25EVO can project on the ground a very intense beam of green, red, yellow or blue colour (according to the chosen model) and, unlike traditional existing applications, it’s always well visible since projected from the top to the ground. The dimension of the projected beam can change according to the installation height; the device can be installed from 3 up to 7 meters height. If applied at 6 meters, for example, the lamp projects a 4 meters green beam on the ground with a thickness of about 9-10 cm. The lamp is composed by a structure and an heat sink in extruded aluminium and EPDM gaskets that guarantee an IP65 degree of protection.
Mini Safe Evo
The new led projectors line MINI SAFE is designed to ensure the safety of employees in work environments through an endless range of applications that can be achieved thanks to special lens systems that projects special shapes on the floor in green, red and blue color variants. Compared to any other type of signalling system, such as applying adhesive, this system is clearly visible, even in brightly lighted environments or on surface always covered in dust and dirt. It’s the ideal product, for example, to report emergency exit directions (Mini Safe Arrows or Mid Safe Arrows) or sale collection point and hazardous areas (Safe Cross). Moreover, with the image of the walking man you can light up a pedestrian path and with the running man you can light up an emergency exit. A lot of standard symbols are available (ask the company for the symbol table) and it’s possible, on request, to customize the symbols. The lamp is made with a plastic structure and an aluminum heatsink completed with silicone gaskets which guarantee the IP54 degree of protection.
Safety Bar Super HP EVO
Safety Bar SUPER HP EVO is the LED industrial lamp designed for safety lighting of industrial cranes mounted at elevated heights and in bright environments, ideal to increase the safety of the crane operator and general workers in the surrounding areas, especially in loud environments. Safety Bar SUPER HP EVO has LEDs with high efficiency and a concentrating optic; this allows the beam being very visible on the ground. The projector has an integrated fan for a better heat dissipation. The materials used, such as anodized aluminium and stainless steel, make the Safety Bar H.P. a durable and high quality product.
