SARG
Automatic welding system for medium-sized meshes with electronic programming (fed by pre-cut wire)
The automatic welder model SARG has been designed for the production of medium and large-sized meshes with and without frames, standardized commercial meshes. The system is extremely versatile, modernly conceived, and suitable for large production of meshes with low management costs. The main qualities of this highly productive machine are its up-to-date design, its practical use, and its extremely simple adjustment, thanks to electronic programming. It can automatically weld meshes or grids, even with irregular shapes and non-uniform distances between the different cross wires.
PTE 2D
Two-dimensional wire forming machine
The bending machine “PTE 2D” stands out from the other similar machines because it is very easy to operate and very flexible in producing parts with two bending axes. If properly equipped, it can produce square, rectangular, oval frames, butt – welding round rings up to the most various shapes. Forward and backward movements are controlled by an electromechanical unit operated by a brushless motor and steel dragging rollers with ground cuts for the different wire diameters.
TRF
Wire straightening and cutting machine
Mechanics and electronics are combined to make TRF fast, reliable, precise, and easy to use. Working range for wire with medium/low carbon content, from a diameter of a minimum of 1.3 to a maximum of 12 mm. TRF represents the completion of the range of Varo wire working machines.
